Please don’t send us health data or documents about your pet: we don’t need them to help you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Cloud Pet doesn’t ask for an email or a password. Your data stays on your phone; on iPhone also in your iCloud.
How do I confirm a dose from the notification?
When the reminder arrives, press and hold the notification: you’ll find Confirm, Remind me in 15 minutes and Skip. The dose is logged under your name without opening the app.
Reminders don’t arrive, or arrive late
Open Settings › Reminders in the app: it tells you what’s missing and takes you to the right place. The most common causes are notifications turned off, Do Not Disturb and, on Android, battery saving on some phones and the “Alarms & reminders” permission.
How do I invite someone to the profile?
Circle › Sharing › Share profile: your phone’s share sheet opens and you send the link with the app you prefer. You need Premium or the free trial; people you invite join for free. On Android each link works for one person and for 30 days.
Does the profile sync between iPhone and Android?
For now between phones of the same system. Between iPhone and Android it’s coming in an update: until then an invite sent from an iPhone doesn’t open on Android, and the other way round.
How do I cancel the subscription?
On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Cloud Pet. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
The text read from a photo is wrong
Reading works best with a straight, well-lit photo without reflections, with the page filling the frame. You can always correct the title and notes by hand.
How do I back up my data?
On Android: Settings › Backup › Export archive, a file with all your data and photos that you save wherever you like. On iPhone your data lives in your iCloud.
